s2 Amps Exclusive Limited Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee our pedals, preamps, and amplifiers for materials and workmanship for life. We will replace or repair your s2 product at our discretion at no charge sans all shipping costs if trouble should arise. This warranty does not cover products which show signs of abuse, neglect or having been submerged in water or abandoned in a cow pasture. Also not covered by this warranty are wearable parts including but not limited to tubes, knobs, power cords, fuses, face plates, lamps, etc. Such items will be replaced at reasonable retail cost only after having obtained permission to do so from the owner. We cannot honor the warranty on any product which has been modified or repaired by anyone other than s2 Amps.
Our warranty is transferable to a new owner provided none of the aforementioned exclusions and limitations apply. To exercise the s2 warranty, carefully package your s2 product and ship it to the address shown at left. Please include a letter detailing the problem or issue and be sure to provide complete contact information. We cannot be liable for damages incurred during shipping, so please protect yourself with adequate shipping insurance. If you just need a replacement part, simply email or call us for customer support. It really is that simple :)

We guarantee our services for a term of one year. We would like to guarantee them forever, but we just can't. Bummer. I know. If any our services are found to be unsatisfactory or fail, we will repair the item at no charge for one year sans shipping. We cannot warranty parts supplied by a 3rd party or parts included in a kit. We sometimes encounter parts we feel are inferior and will call or email a quote to upgrade those components to something which meets our quality standards. We will warranty those parts if our customer chooses to upgrade them for one year.
s2 Amps Exclusive Limited Parts Warranty
We guarantee our components will perform flawlessly for a period of one year from the purchase date. If any of our parts (transformers, etc.) should fail, we will replace it at no charge beyond shipping. We do require the part be returned to us for inspection and return to our vendor, but many times we will ship the replacement part before receiving the defective one. We also cover labor to install any defective s2 components as long as we were the original installers.

We know purchasing an expensive product over the Internet can be daunting and that tone is a diverse and subjective thing. For that reason, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy for 14 days on all our products. If you are not delighted with your s2 amplifier, pedal or preamp, feel free to return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price sans shipping. Of course, it must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and documentation, but those are the only stipulations. We aren't happy unless you are, so buy with confidence.
Actually, we lied a little bit about the no-questions-asked thing. We will in fact ask a lot of questions. We won't give you a hard time or anything. We just want to know what we can do to improve our designs, and an un-delighted customer (ummm... not that we've ever had one) is a fantastic source of information when it comes to design improvements and mod ideas.
