Wow!
I have never seen such a nice tweed lacquer job. This amp belongs in a museum! I bought it to be a workhorse, but I don't think I can bring myself to take it to a club now. I think it will become a family heirloom right along with my '59 Les Paul! Thank you very very much for what I can only claim is the nicest Deluxe ever made.

Unbeatable tone.
For tone, the drive2 can't be beat. I have A/B'd it against an Analogman TS9dx and it has a much more organic sound than the tranistors in the Analogman circuit.

Complex mids with more harmonic overtones.
The amp has enhanced clarity, focus and complexity that didn't come through with the old transformer. For me this is a keeper!

This is a work of art man! Your wiring is immaculate! This thing is freak'in LOUD! First of all, it sounded incredible! Running straight into the "Jim" channel...the thing just had a fantastic roar using both my LP with Peter Florance Voodoo 59 pickups and my CS Strat. I got very Hendrix with the Strat and a Carl Martin compressor/Kelley modded TR-808 Tube Screamer in front of the amp. The amp was very dynamic and was really a joy to play through. The other players at the jam were all very impressed...

EXTREMELY well built...They exude quality...The top seems more open...VERY VERY SWEET MIDRANGE...Tighter bass...The harmonics sound excellent...These are as top notch a transformer as I have seen or heard.

Clear and Musical.
At lower volumes, I couldn't believe how clear and musical it sounded. Then I turned it to "11" and got that baby humming. Great tube distortion, and you're right, even cranked, it cleans up by rolling back the volume on the guitar. Very responsive to pick attack. You have made me very happy with this amp. Please let me know the best way I can rave about it.

Blown Away.
It's got an incredible Plexi sound to it...blown away by the sound...it runs almost silent. What I did notice is the touch sensitivity it has. With the volume rolled off and playing clean and soft it sounds sooooo creamy and smooth, with a little pick pressure. It grows nicely. Roll up the volume on the guitar and it distorts for leads nicely. All this without touching the amps volume. I like it a lot.

Sounds fantastic!
I have had a chance to play it with multiple guitars, and it really sounds fantastic! I took my brightest and lowest output Tele, and it sounded very balanced, with nice cut. Great job on tailoring the highs...just the right amount of chime. Enough mid bite too. It holds enough clean headroom for gigs, but when cranked, that overdrive rocks! Smooth, but much more Brit/Matchless as you were heading for...I'll be sure to let people out east here know about your quality work.
